SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 19 am Suspending                              
Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Alaska State                  
Legislature concerning House Joint Resolution No. 43 proposing                 
constitutional amendments relating to the rights of victims of crimes          
and to criminal administration, was engrossed, signed by the                   
President and Secretary and transmitted to the House for                       
consideration.
